Please note the following:

1. Pension Fund Contrib for Apprentices  $ 1.00
2. Forman Base Wage                              $22.85
3. General Foreman Base Wage               $23.85
4. Superintendent Base Wage                  $24.60
5. Benefits are paid on hours worked.  Not hours paid.
6. Working Assessments, which are taken out of the payroll check, are 2 & 1/2% of gross wages. 
7. Supplemental dues, which are taken out of the payroll check, are $.22 per hour.
8. There is  $40.00 per day per diem in West and East Texas.  Call for locations.
9. Contract expires May 31, 2013.
